Menu Plan Monday- 6-13

We still are away from home so not a lot baking going on, missing making bread, and muffins, and so on.

Monday- Chicken and gravy

Tuesday- Sloppy Joes

Wed- BBQ Chicken and pasta salad

Thursday- Pancakes and sausage

Friday- Taco's

Saturday- Ravioli's w/ garlic bread

of course I will be adding veggies, cooked, fresh, or salad with each meal

Breakfast- Eggs, cearl, oatmeal

Lunches- leftovers, sandwiches, pasta

  2. Most of the time I use 2 boneless chicken breasts in the crockpot all day, with a bit of water and spice, then shread, and add flour to thicken broth into gravy. I also sometimes use a powered gravy mix. Today's chicken is leftover fried chicken that I de-boned and warmed up with powdered gravy mix. Served eith peas, mashed potaoes and toast. Sometimes it's rice, or bisquits.
